As we all know, the pandemic put so many things on hold. After 18 months of cancelled in-person events we were so excited to finally get back to the trade show/convention circuit! New England Traditions, a decorative painting convention that takes place in Marlborough, MA, returned in early October. Some of our Dynasty Brand Specialists were able to attend. Here is their take on NET 2021.
Dynasty Brand Specialists (L to R) Marlene Fudge, Jill Fitzhenry, and Annamarie Oke at NET |
From Dynasty Brand Specialist Marlene Fudge CDA who taught her "Secluded Stream" class:
"I ended up having a class of four for my Secluded Stream class. I had the best group and we had so much fun. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class. I took extra Mezzaluna brushes so those who didn't have one could try them, as usual, they loved them! I did a demo one morning and decided to demo one of the classes that was cancelled. I used so many fun techniques for the piece that I was thrilled when so many sat and watched."
