Celebrating 90 Years of Tradition

As the year comes to a close, our thoughts tend to turn to special holiday time spent with friends and family. FM Brush Company was started in 1929 by Frederick G. Mink and has the distinction of being the only family-run brush manufacturer in America. The Mink family has a lot to celebrate as 2019 marks their 90th year in the brush manufacturing business.

For nine decades FM Brush Company has remained committed to creating handmade brushes of the highest quality while providing exceptional service. Four generations of the Mink family have dedicated themselves to upholding the standards of excellence established by Fred. Many members of the Mink family are with the company today including current company President and CEO Jeff Mink, Vice President of Sales Gregory Mink, Director of Operations Michael Mink, and Director of Cosmetic & Retail Sales Jacqueline Mink. 

Jackie had this to say about her role in the company:

"I am proud to be a part of FM Brush. We make the brushes that become the extension of the artists, creating works of art, from canvas to face. It is an honor to work with family carrying on the traditions of artist quality brush making, started by my great grandfather all those years ago."
